The approximately 1,500 m² garden of Villa Noho is fenced on three sides and stretches for about 50 meters directly to the shores of Lake Constance. Guests enjoy a private beach area, a spacious terrace with seating for up to 10 people, and sliding glass walls that allow them to enjoy the lake view even on cooler days or during bad weather.
For families and active guests, the garden offers numerous recreational facilities, including a large trampoline with a diameter of 5 meters, a double horizontal bar, and a height-adjustable net for volleyball, beach tennis, and badminton. Directly by the lake, guests will also find our barrel sauna for up to 4 people (or 2 people lying down), a wooden ice bath, and a table with a sun umbrella in the private beach area.
Guests also have access to stand-up paddle boards, sun loungers, barbecue facilities on the terrace, and a grill plate directly on the beach. The direct access to Lake Constance makes Villa Noho a unique holiday destination for families, friends, and dog owners.

Is the beach private?
Yes. The more than 30-meter-long beach area belongs exclusively to Villa Noho and is available to both Villa Noho guests and the villa owners. The owners live in a completely separate residential unit on the upper floors of the villa and have their own private entrance.
The large garden is shared. However, the private terrace of the holiday apartment, the barrel sauna, the ice bath, and the table with six chairs and a sun umbrella directly on the beach are reserved exclusively for Villa Noho guests.
The owners' seating area is located on the opposite side of the property, allowing both guests and owners to enjoy a high degree of privacy. Thanks to the size of the garden and the more than 30-meter-long waterfront, there is plenty of space to relax directly on the shores of Lake Constance.
How far is the barrel sauna from the water?
The barrel sauna is located just a few meters from the shore of Lake Constance. After a sauna session, guests can walk directly to the lake or use the new wooden ice bath. The sauna accommodates up to four seated guests or two guests lying down and is reserved exclusively for Villa Noho guests.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are very welcome at Villa Noho. The approximately 1,500 m² garden is fenced on three sides and offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. Numerous walking paths along Lake Constance begin directly in front of the property.
