Cancellation Policy
The cancellation conditions I apply for direct bookings correspond to those of Booking.com in order to ensure a fair and transparent process.

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

In case of cancellation within the last 29 days before arrival, the total reservation price will be charged.

In case of a no-show, the total reservation price will be charged as a no-show fee.

If you need to cancel, I will refund the full amount if I am able to rebook Villa Noho for the same period at the same or a higher price.
If the new booking price is lower, you will receive the difference as a refund.
If rebooking is not possible, no refund can be granted in this case.
Deposit
For a reservation, I kindly request a deposit of 50%.
The remaining balance is due 5 weeks before your arrival.
If you need additional time to make your decision, I can reserve your selected dates for up to two weeks without obligation.

Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws (§ 7 para. 1 TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific legal violation. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for such external content.
The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. No illegal content was identifiable at that time.
However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. Upon becoming aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
