The apartment has its own separate entrance as well as private areas in the garden and along the lakeshore.
The host family lives in the upper part of the villa, which is completely separate.
The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 10 adults, plus up to 2 small children. It features 4 double bedrooms on the ground floor as well as an additional sleeping area with a double bed (160 × 200 cm) on the lower ground floor, 3 bathrooms and a separate guest WC, a very spacious dining room with a cosy fireplace, and a large living room with a grand piano, panoramic windows overlooking the garden and a 4K home cinema.
A fitness room and a fully equipped kitchen are also available. The spacious garden with private access to Lake Constance, barrel sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities is the perfect place to relax.
For children and active guests, there is a trampoline, a volleyball court and plenty of space to play.
At the lakeshore, stand-up paddle boards are available, as well as opportunities to enjoy a campfire and cook on the outdoor grill plate.

BY THE WAY:
In 1985, the second German TV channel (ZDF) filmed the movie "Auf den Tag genau" here in the house.
Among the actors were German stars like Armin Mueller-Stahl, Günther Maria Halmer, Ivan Desny, Werner Kreindl, and Karl-Heinz von Hassel.
This high-profile political thriller, with a production cost of 4 million DM, was considered the most expensive ZDF film at the time. It was broadcast in April 1986.
For the movie and its plot, a roughly ten-meter-long wooden pier was constructed with a special, temporary permit – something normally strictly prohibited in this protected nature reserve. From this pier, the 'homeowners' could dive directly into the water. After one of these early morning dives, the well-known politician, who was running for the upcoming elections, was injured in an assassination attempt... but I can't tell you everything ;-)
