Villa Noho is a two-family house that offers visitors the entire ground floor and basement, totaling 240 m², and is equipped with everything needed for a perfect vacation. It includes 4 double bedrooms, a dining room with a fireplace, a living room with a grand piano and home cinema, a fitness room, 3 bathrooms, a guest WC, and a laundry room. Additionally, you will have access to 2 private parking spaces, a volleyball/beach tennis/badminton court, and a trampoline in the garden. The covered terrace with views of the garden and the lake will be the perfect spot for your breakfasts, lunches, or dinners, for barbecues, or simply to relax. The long private beach is an ideal place for sports activities. You can start your day with a swim, sunbathe, explore the surroundings on our paddle boards, and in the evening enjoy roasted marshmallows around the fire or use the vertical brazier, all with a breathtaking view of the sunsets and fiery skies. The cherry on top: in our garden, near the beach and just a few meters from Lake Constance, you will find a barrel sauna for 4 people. Pure relaxation with an unmatched view!

PRICES
Vacation apartment directly on Lake Constance with a private garden and beach. Our prices vary depending on the demand for vacation rentals in different seasons (high season, low season, summer, school time, etc.), as well as during special events, fairs, and national holidays. In the LOW SEASON they start at €150 per night for 4 people. In the HIGH SEASON they range between €500 and €800. For each additional person, we charge a surcharge of €75 per night.
The price includes bed linen, towels, beach towels, sauna towels and bathrobes, heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, charcoal and gas for BBQs, firewood for the beach bonfire, and parking. It also includes personal hygiene products, such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as well as laundry detergent, coffee machine capsules, and assorted tea bags.
FINAL CLEANING: €200.
BARRELL SAUNA: Use of the barrel sauna is included in the daily rate.
PETS: our four-legged friends are warmly welcome! We kindly ask for a small contribution towards the increased cleaning costs of €20 per night per pet. Thank you for your understanding!
TOURIST TAX
- April 1st to October 31st: € 3.90 per day and guest
- November 1st to March 31st: € 2.30 per day and guest
Children under the age of 16 are exempt from the tourist tax.
TOURIST CARD "EBC"
Every overnight guest in Nonnenhorn receives an EBC "Echt Bodensee Card" from the host upon registration.
It enables free travel by local buses and trains and offers many advantages at numerous excursion destinations and attractions.

A BIG MOVIE THEATER ...
... is always there in the Villa Noho, above all, of course, with the overwhelming view of the garden and the lake. However, if (for example on a rainy day) you are in the mood for a different kind of entertainment, you can use the home cinema equipment in “your” living room either for a private movie night, or for series binge-watching or for a round of video games. A 4K projector is at your full disposal, and the XXL wall in the livingroom too. Our fast internet enables smooth streaming. Have fun!
